If an item does not suit the buyer, he can return it to Kayâm (Kayâm, Ammar Jessica, Ruelle de l'ancien port 10, 1800 Vevey, Switzerland within seven days of the delivery date. This is done at the buyer's risk and expense except in the case of a return due to a product defect which will be the responsibility of Kayâm, exchange or refund.

Before making a return, please inform Kayâm by email, on the item(s) that will be returned and include the invoice relating to the order or a copy: amara.soundyoga@gmail.com

In the event of a return as described above, Kayâm will reimburse the buyer the corresponding amount, as soon as possible, after deduction of any promotions, coupons, discounts or sales advantages possibly obtained at the time of purchase.
The cost of returning the items is the responsibility of the buyer.
Kayâm does not reimburse the buyer if the products are returned used, damaged (non-defective) or in a condition that does not allow sale, and/or without their original packaging or label.
In this case, the products will be returned to the buyer, at his expense, and no refund will be made by Kayâm.

When returning a product, the buyer must follow the following procedure:

- Wrap the product securely and place it in a package.

- Send the package with signature required. It is important to keep the postage certificate to be able to track the package.

- Return to the address mentioned on the shipment.
